A great value for a low price. Surf all you want for one low price. Untimed/unlimited access. Valstar can provide both business and residential customers with all the tools they need to get started on the internet.

ValuNet: a metered dialup service

Only $9.95 for 10 hours capped at $20.95 when 30 hours are reached per month

Comes with all the value, benefits and services as the Valstar unlimited account but graduated for the user whose usage varies by month. Why pay for what you don’t use? The cost between $9.95 and $20.95 is only a penny a minute. The billing is calculated and billed by the hours and minutes of usage up to 30 hours when you go unlimited at $20.95. You can also monitor your usage by utilizing our User-Tools

Seasonal Plan $ 1.75/Month

Designed for college students and transient customers, this plan allows you to keep your Valstar e-mail address when you will not need to actively use your Valstar account. Additional e-mail $5.95/Month

Separate email box for Internet accounts. Requires an enhanced Internet account.

1-800 Internet Access

Ideal for the person on the go. With this service, you can dial into your Valstar PPP account from anywhere in the continental United States for a low per minute charge. You will get a special 1-800 call-in-number. You will be billed only on a per-minute-of-use basis.

Web Housing $19.95/Month

One time set-up fee of $19.95. You will receive 20 megs of storage. Additional space is $0.50 a meg.

Excess Storage Fees ($ 2.00 per MB)

You will receive 5 megs of storage with your dial-up connection. However, if you need more storage, Valstar will be able to accommodate your needs. Set-up Fee $10.00

Virtual Mail ($5.00 per Month)

You will receive an extra 10 megs of storage. Additional space is $0.50 a meg.

Domain Registration ($15.00 per year)

Valstar can obtain a virtual domain for you on the internet.

Discounts for Pre-payment

You will receive a 10% discount if you pre-pay your Valstar account for one year.

Bill Options

Valstar gives their customers the option to pay by credit card, money order or check, and you can select a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual billing cycle.
